Curbside Service

At each of the last three ports the captain has pulled the boat up along side the city. What a spectacular view. (The captain was from Venice, so he took the boat for a joy ride around the outskirts first.) Most of the buildings in the actual cities have only been about 4 stories, so can see everything from our 7th floor balcony in the morning as we eat breakfast.


In Dubrovnik we he had a cool bridge.

In Venice we were a five minute walk from St. Mark’s Place

And in Messina we had a spectacular view of the city.

Hi Adrian & Heather - Looks REALLY nice. Hope you didn't get carried off by the pigeons!

Dan has left for Evergreen - He was driving by the Sears Tower in Chicago tonight. I'm flying out there on Friday and hope to help get him settled in.I'll be flying back on Tuesday - might stop in and spend the night if it' of. I'm arriving in Portland at 11;30 pm.

Looks like you are having a good time - what an experience! Can't wait to see all you pictures.

Wow, that bridge in Dubrovnik looks suspiciously like the Bunker Hill bridge... Those damn Eastern Europeans, how did they rip it off so fast?!
